You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be returned to us in its original, brand-new, and unused condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer care team at the contact information provided below. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fee
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
